Button's Heating is my first go to place for heating and a/c. The service is always prompt and courteous. Theresa the receptionist is extremely nice and today Tom their Technician responded within a couple of hours, for what I thought was the furnace. He quickly diagnosed the thermostat as the culprit. He had new models on hand and replaced it immediately. What makes the difference with this place, is the friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We just had Buttons come out to install a new furnace, AC, thermostat and do some gas line fittings for us. They were top notch from beginning to end. Todd is not just a salesperson. He is like the encyclopedia of systems! He will do whatever it takes to make sure you fully understand all of your options and will explain everything in depth. He always kept us informed of next steps and managed expectations. The office staff were super friendly and easy to get a hold of. And finally, the install was professional, clean, on time, and excellent. The installers encouraged us to ask questions and then took the time to go thru a tutorial of how to use the system and a demo. I can’t praise them enough!
